Pensacola Catholic High vs PHS Football Game …

with 2 comments

Here are a few from this past Friday night’s football game between CHS and PHS.  A close, hard-fought game with CHS winning 17-15 over Pensacola High School.  I am not much of a sports photographer, but I like to take my camera and see what I can get … the old saying holds true for me in sports photography – ” if you cannot shoot’em good, shoot a lot! “.
All I can say to that is amen brother …  A few more of the crowd, the cheerleaders and the dancers …

Most of my football photos were not that sharp and had a lot of movement or they were not in focus, but my crowd photos are passable.  I doubt that I will have Sports Illustrated calling me anytime soon, but I enjoyed the game and had a nice time, and that is what it all is about, isn’t it?  I will leave you with a few more crowd shots.  Let me know what you think … Thanks for looking, Frank …

I wonder if they are allowed to show up for school looking like this?  Thanks again …

  1. we were at this game, we sat on the PHS side, next to the band. I can’t believe PCHS does not have a band, have they ever had a band?

    • Bill … They had a band for several years, but the lady that taught ” Band ” left last year and they must not have replaced her. There were not very many members in the band, maybe 20 or so students. Thanks for the comments … Frank
